I think this recipe came from Southern Living. A wonderful little muffin to serve at breakfast or brunch.

36 mini muffins (change servings and units)

I made these for a Christmas Brunch and they were good. I tend to like things on the sweet side so next time I will use less zest or more sugar, but my guests enjoyed these and one person in particular loved them. Thanks for posting

These are wonderful muffins. I've made this substituting the sour cream with plain fat-free yoghurt and it turns out to work very well. I also omit the raisins because we are not very fond of them. This one is a good muffin delight
