All I can say is that my Thai friends give this recipe a big nod of approval and they take their food very seriously!

Fantastic! I upped the ground pork to about 400g leaving the remaining ing. the same with great results. Served over steamed basmati rice and stir fried vege it made for a marvelous meal.

I had to try this after trying your pepper pork recipe. This was so good too! I couldn't find thai basil either so I used regular basil and a little mint. Thanks!
