What a great little treat that is super easy to make. I plan on making these again at our next pot luck. These squares will please young and old alike. Thanks AGAIN, Gerry999...your recipes NEVER disappioint.

I loved the name of this recipe and that's what got me to shop for the ingredients and try it. I used Homemade Corn Syrup Substitute {recipe # 74080} as we do not get corn syrup easily here in Oman{to be honest I havent yet seen it in the market!}. Instead of slicing these into squares, I applied some butter on my palms{greased them} and shaped these into balls. Then, I rolled them in a mixture of fresh grated coconut and chopped walnuts. Pecans may also be used instead of walnuts, in my opinion. I covered the tray with clingfilm wrap and refrigerated these until dessert time. These went really well with the little kids who were our guests. Thanks alot for the fun time!

Totally addictive !! I had to add in some oats too as i was down to the last of the other cereals but the combo worked well !!
