WoW! I used 4 med yukons. I can't believe how good this was. The two of us finished the whole dish!!!! I didn't have just cheddar. I used a litte of everything; mozz, cheddar and a mexican combo. I'd serve this to guests! It would be great to put the finished dish under the broiler for a couple minutes. Thanks for sharing. If we had left overs I'd eat them for breakfast

These are wonderful. If I want to make my husband happy,I make scalloped potatoes. I was in a rush and found this easy and quick recipe. My processor was already to go and in no time the potatoes were in the microwave. I use Homemade Cream of Style Soup Mix - Substitute instead of the can soup. Thanks for posting. Rita

Very easy and very good. Great for those 90 degree days when you really don't want to turn the oven on. I didn't have cream of mushroom so I used cream of chicken. Delicious!

Fantastic potatoes! I really loved this recipe. It was easy to make and a snap to cook. I didn't have onions on hand, so I substituted with dried minced onions. It still came out delicious! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!
