Not bad tasting cookies they were alright. My mum thought I was trying to poison the familly when I presented them on a cooling rack.I think my microwave was too powerful 850watts one batch went black inside! As mention unattractive and quite dry but quick and easy to make, can you do this in the oven too to make them taste and look better?

Very unappealing looking when cooked in MW (looked raw, although they were cooked). I opted to toss them in the oven to brown the top a bit, but then they ended up being too dry.

I thought these were pretty good, although ugly, ugly, ugly! But my oven was on the fritz and I wanted cookies...there was the microwave, there was my computer...found this recipe, and...I was satisfied! I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
