IMO this recipe calls for WAYYYYYYY too much sugar. I used only 1/4 cup and it was fine. It's a nice quick recipe, but it was on the dry side and I only baked it for 4-1/2 min. I'll try adding a little milk next time. A generous amount of chocolate chips would make this AMAZING! I also added some grated orange zest to the batter which gave it a nice twist. Thanks for sharing!

These were pretty good! I reduced the sugar to 3/4 c and will probably use a little less next time. They were sweet. I increased the cocoa by about 1 Tb and added a dash of cinnamon. I microwaved them for the full 5 mins in a loaf pan with just cooking spray. Next time I want to try adding a little coffee and some chocolate chips. These brownies were a cross between brownie texture and cake texture.

Wonderful. I used margarine in this recipe instead of butter. They turned out well! I added some mini chocolate chips to the recipe to give it more chocolate. Also, beings I am looking for things to freeze and take to work I put about 1/4 cup of batter into a little plastic container and froze the batter. It took about 1 min and 20 seconds to cook in the microwave, which is better than having to wait 20 some minutes in the oven. Very Good and thanks so much for sharing this fast and easy recipe!

Delicious! Perfect for a fast chocolate fix. Also delicious with 1/2 the amount of cocoa. By the way, it doesn't work in an 8x8.
