Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) cans rotel, drained
- 2 (14 ounce) cans peeled diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 white onion, finely chopped
- 6-8 fresh cilantro stems, and leaves chopped
Directions

Place onion and cilantro in a processor (or blender if you don't have processor), and blend them up more than they already are.2
Mix in the rotel and blend.3
Add the tomatoes and blend.
