This was great! I used with Easy Enchiladas (#29884) and Salsa Mexicana (#113519) for a great mexican meal. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!

I was looking for something a little different when I found this recipe. I felt that 1/2 cup oil was way too much for our taste, so I reduced it to 1/4 cup. The dressing was delicious and we really enjoyed this salad. I served it with Nogales Pie, Nogales Pie.

This was a tasty salad. I cut back on the oil like the other reviewers had said and I found it to be too thick. I should of stuck with the recipe. The dressing is what makes this salad good. Thank you for sharing.
