A sweet and spicy hot cocoa mix found on VeryBestBaking.com's website. This is also included in the Zaar World Tour 2005 swap, Mexico.

    In a small heavy-duty saucepan; combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
  2. 2
    Over medium heat, gradually stir in milk and stir constantly until hot, do not boil.
  3. 3
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Beat with a wire whisk until frothy and pour into cups. Serve immediately.

This was a chocolate and cinnamon symphony playing in my mouth! If you like your chocolate dark ~ this is the recipe for you!! It was easy and tasted WAAAAY better than instant!! I took it with me to an outdoor event and it kept me warm for hours!! Made for KK's Chef's Pick!

    I've made this several times and it is delicious! I add only 2 tbsp. sugar because the written amount is a little too sweet for my tastes and also have added cinnamon sticks as well. Thanks!

    Wonderful! This is so rich and chocolately, even with skim milk. I omitted the cinnamon and used 3T Splenda. It was perfect. I'm sure I will be making this often in the winter. The kids loved it too!
