Great hot cocoa recipe. It's so easy to make and I usually have all these ingredients on hand. I used Hershey's baking cocoa, because that is what I had in the pantry. We really enjoyed the hint of cinnamon and vanilla. Thanks!

I made this little treat for myself to cheer myself up! What a treat! Who would have thought that little bit of cinnamon would make such a difference! Thank you Lori, next time I need a pick me up I'll go for this! Made for KK Mini Cookathon Bonus

I've made this several times and it is delicious! I add only 2 tbsp. sugar because the written amount is a little too sweet for my tastes and also have added cinnamon sticks as well. Thanks!

Wonderful! This is so rich and chocolately, even with skim milk. I omitted the cinnamon and used 3T Splenda. It was perfect. I'm sure I will be making this often in the winter. The kids loved it too!
