For enchiladas

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 12 tomatillos
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 medium onion, chopped in large pieces
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. 1
    lay the cleaned tomatillos, peppers, onion and garlic on a baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree oven till done.

    let cool, then blend in blender adding salt and pepper to taste and cumin.
