Really tasty and quick combination! I used shredded cheddar rather than slices so mixed the cheese and salsa together and spooned over the top.

Easy recipe and made a nice breakfast served with fresh fruit. I used a mild salsa and chipolte cheddar slices. Yum! Thank you for sharing your recipe. Reviewed for ZWT 3.

This is exactly as described - quick and easy! I used homemade salsa and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Took hardly any time at all to throw together... maybe 5 minutes total! This is a perfect on-the-go recipe that is also good for you! Thanks PaulaG! ZWT3
