Mexican Cosmo

This is a combo of a Cosmo and a Margarita.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
Directions
1
Place all in a shaker with ice and shake well.2
Dip rim into cranberry juice then sugar.3
Pour into the glass and garnish with an lime slice.

We enjoyed this drink in Puerto Vallarta. They called it a "Latinapolitan" and sprinkled very lightly with fresh mint. Fabulous.

Wow! This was really, really good! DH, when he encountered the light pink color, said he could never imagine liking a cosmo. However, he admitted within the privacy of our home that this was really good! I'm keeping this recipe and will definitely make it again. Not too sweet, not too tart, just perfect. Very smooth.
