Wonderful way to make Brussel sprouts! I cut them in half instead of slices but they were terrific!

A world gone mad! I LIKED Brussels Sprouts!! This recipe made the flavor of the sprouts seem mild and almost sweet. Perfect compliment to lamb with mustard sauce for Christmas dinner. For some reason slicing these little devils brought out the best in them. Thanks!

It's amazing that such a simple twist to a recipe like slicing the sprouts can bring out so much flavor, I only cooked them for 10 minutes and they were perfect. Thanks for the recipe T. Reed
