I can't beleive I forgot to review this! We had this for dinner 2 Fridays ago, and it was WONDERFUL. I did have to ad lib a bit on some of the spices, I did not have driend mint or lemon pepper. I made the addition of coriander, a tiny tad bit of turmeric & cardamom. We also did add salt. I would think that if you did not have sour cream you could also use yogurt in the sauce, so this recipe seems really versatile. We really enjoyed it and I can't wait to have it again. Thanks so much for posting.

This made an excellant pita sandwich!! I did add a bit of salt to the turkey mix and used all fresh herbs from the garden. We loved the hint of mint!! I used no fat sour cream and added a quarter of a red pepper, chopped, to the sauce. Very easy and quick supper, thanks for posting. We will enjoy them again!!

My boyfriend insisted that I rate this recipe five stars. I liked it a lot too. I did think it could use some salt to the meat mixture though. I used all fresh herbs from my garden in place of the dried ones. The only thing I changed was to add a minced clove of garlic to sauce. Thanks, my boyfriend asked if I "would add it to the rotation". LOL.
