This converted 2 of my meatloaf haters, and the other two are probably hopeless cases. After reading some review I cut the water in half. I also made a combination of bbq sauce and ketchup to serve at the table. It was a moist loaf but the addition of the sauce kept it from being too dry for me. Thanks for the recipe.

I subbed the onions, salt and pepper for Lipton Onion soup and used Publix Greenwise chuck ground beef - it came out great. I skipped the water and it still came out a bit watery, but I just drained it before serving. I made extra sauce and added it on top at the end. Meat was firm and delicious - cannot wait to dine on the leftovers!

This was by far the best meatloaf I have ever made!! I only added 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, other than that I didn't change a thing. This was very moist and it didn't fall apart on me. From now on this will be how I make meatloaf. Thanks for the great recipe.
