Meatloaf

I make these into mini meatloaves...Very good and fun too.

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • 1 (12 ounce) jar heinz savory beef gravy
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup minced onion

Directions

    Mix all together and let set in frig covered over night.

    Bake 325 for 60 min or until internal temp reaches 165F.
