My husband and I simply loved this soup. I added half a medium onion to mine, and put in four cloves of garlic instead of two. We sprinkled shredded mozzarella cheese on ours before enjoying.

I love this soup. Except I use a jar of my favorite spag. sauce. The seasoning comes out just right. I also use frozen vegetables. I like the oriental mix of green beans, broccoli, onion and mushroom. At the very end I stir in and top of with italian mix cheese. Thanks for the recipe.
