Here is a simple delicious recipe that will amaze your friends and family. If you love Sashimi you will die over this recipe. Give it a try and let me know what you think. I have never met anyone who hasn't asked me for the recipe. Enjoy and A Hui Hou (Until we meet again)!

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cut Ahi into at least 1/2" cubes - set aside & refrigerate.
  2. 2
    Combine all other ingredients in a large glass bowl & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    When ready to serve toss Ahi and other ingredients together.
  4. 4
    Serve on chilled platter with chopsticks or toothpicks.

I googled Poke & this recipe came up. Since it had so many good reviews, I went out on a limb & made it for a dinner party before trying it @ home first. IT WAS AWESOME!!! You definitely have a winner! Thank you so much.

    I have made this twice and the guests loved it! I added some cilantro springs and diced avacado and served on fried wontons!! Yummy Thanks for sharing

    This is a wonderful recipe! My husband and I hadn't had poke since a trip to Hawaii 5 years ago. I made a half a batch of this for him for Father's Day and he loved it. Absolutely use sushi grade tuna for best results. I think this was better than the poke we got at Ishihara Market, on Kauai, although we missed eating it on the beach! Thanks for posting this delicious recipe Mauisurfer!
