Made as directed except added 1 Tbsp. of light sour cream because I had about 1 lb. more potatoes and thought it would make it a little creamier without adding more butter. We really enjoyed these. Thanks!

We have made these several times now and we all love them. I took the advice of a review and added my minced garlic from the jar to the water when I boiled the potatoes. It had plenty of garlic flavor for us. I used Brummel and Brown yogurt butter to make it lighter, and I also added pepper. These have a great flavor on their own with no added toppings.

I made these last night, needed something quick and this was it. I used garlic powder and frozen parm instead I thought they were awesome. My family loved them they ate the whole pot in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Inez.
