These were so good!!! I did modify it some since I am on a diet and eyeballed the ingredients. I used a good amount of spray butter instead of real butter, twice the amount of garlic, added sea salt and fresh grated rainbow pepper, used non-fat milk instead and then after I mixed everything together, I returned the pan back to the fire on medium and cooked just a little longer...this really brought out the garlic...yum!!!!!! Even diet food can be so good...thanks!!!

These potatoes are Delicious!! I was searching for a recipe that was like the mashed potatoes at AppleBee's and this was by far the closest. To make them taste a little more like AppleBee's I added an extra 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese and about 1/4 cup extra milk. I followed everything else to the T and it turned out great! I will definetly be making these again, however I will be adding more garlic... Thanx so much for the recipe.

I made these last night, needed something quick and this was it. I used garlic powder and frozen parm instead I thought they were awesome. My family loved them they ate the whole pot in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Inez.
