These were just great! My wife was a little leery of these, but she liked them a lot! We added sour cream, too. Also, we fried them up for breakfast the next day. Just put them in a hot pan, without butter, or oil, etc. The butter already in the potatoes keeps them from sticking. Fry each side until golden brown. So good! We will make again!

Easy and delicious! I put in 5 garlic cloves (2 of them were small) and it was just the right amount of garlicky. Also used 1 more tablespoon of butter. It had plenty of flavor. As a personal preference, I will use more milk next time. They were rather stiff, but still delicious!

I made these last night, needed something quick and this was it. I used garlic powder and frozen parm instead I thought they were awesome. My family loved them they ate the whole pot in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Inez.
