My DH is Finn and I thought I would make something from his homeland..We were disappointed in this dish. Did not care for the flavor or the texture..

Very ice thanks Amanda. This has an interesting texture almost like a souffle when it first comes out of the oven. It needs to be well seasoned, some pepper would be a good addition, and next time I would sprinkle some cheese over.

Very tasty recipe! (Oven temp of 200 C works at about 375-400 F oven... 375= 40 minutes, 400= closer to 30 minutes.)

This is delicious. I added a few more potatoes and a little grated cheddar on top before I baked it. 5 star for sure. Thanks!
