Try my Arizona variation: slice the banana and star fruit and freeze them, and omit the icecubes. Not have kiwi or pineapple juice on hand when the smoothy-urge hit, I substituted a second starfuit and used white cranberry juice instead. Two frozen starfruit slices for garnish, Viola!
