Low Fat Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie

This was good - the carrots compliment the daikon nicely, and the seasonings were good. (didn't have dashi powder, though) Be warned - this had a strong cabbage-like smell - maybe because I let it marinate overnight. That said - a very tasty and pretty side dish.

Had daikon and did not know what to do with it...this is yummy. did not have dashi powder.
