    This was easy to put together and we all liked it. I didn't have any red onion, so I left it out, but would probably add it next time.

    Throughly enjoyed this salad. I made it for our Christmas Eve smorgaasbord and it looked lovely with the red and green. The Italian dressing lightly sprinkled over it gives just enough accent to bring out the flavors of the artichokes -= Thanks Britt great recipe
