This was seriously the best Flank Steak I've ever had. Thanks for a great marinade!

I just really dont like the soy sauce flavor. When we ate the steak it was all I could taste. This would be a better marinade for pork. The BEST marinade I have ever found for flank steaks is Adolf's Meat marinade, its comes as a powder in a packet and all you add is water. You will DIE..its so good!

This was an excellent marinade and I liked the fact that it didn't have any honey or brown sugar in it, as a lot of flank steak marinades do. Another plus, most of the ingredients were on hand! I used only 1/2 c. oil, balsamic vinegar(out of red wine vinegar) and only had about 1 1/2 T. of Worcestershire left in the bottle and marinated the meat for about 8 hours. Grilled it for 5 minutes per side and had delicious medium-rare flank steak that the whole family loved! Thanks for a good recipe!

Delicious!! I only had about 5 hours to marinade our steak, but this still made it taste so good! I plan on leaving it on overnight next time. I used our leftover steak the next day, chopped it as thin as I could and cooked it with scrambled eggs, minced onions, kosher salt, and pepper. It was fabulous and I credit the marinade for that. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!
