A tasty way to fix pork chops that can be grilled or prepared in the oven. The sauce is also good on ham. From Pillsbury Grilling & Picnics. Be sure to use a good maple syrup from the US's Northeast region.

I just wanted to say how delicious, and incredibly simple to make, this recipe was! I am a university student living with my incredibly picky mother! She like traditional meat and potato recipes, and is often hesitant to try new things. I must say she absolutely loved this one! I also loved that the ingredients were items I already had in the pantry! We will definately be making this one again! Also, I served the pork chops with grilled asparagus and sweet potato.

My wife and I LOVED this recipe! I grilled our bone-in pork chops and basted the glaze at the end. I also grilled them on a maple wood grilling plank that I had soaked in a left-over Chardonnay that I had in the fridge. The smoke from the plank and the glaze sent us into Pork Chop Heaven! I will definately grill these again!!

Instead of grilling, I browned the chops in olive oil, then baked them in the oven at 350° for 30 minutes, basting with the sauce the last 10 minutes. The sauce is wonderful and I can't wait to try it on a ham steak. Made for 1st Annual Holiday Tag Game. Thanks Vicki, this is a keeper!

This is the best pork chop recipe I have tried on Zaar. I used one inch thick boneless chops and pure Vermont maple syrup and they were to DIE FOR! I browned the chops in olive oil and baked them in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and poured the glaze on the chops every 8 minutes or so. Tender and so delicious! I will make this again and again!
