This is a Mousse Like, Pretty, Quick, Tasty, and Easy. You can drink or use a spoon to scoop up this airy light dessert. I keep the skin on the peach but you can peel it.

I choose to drink this delicious concoction ! The flavors were even better the second day, when I enjoyed it for breakfast. The taste reminds me of a "peach" Julius (if there ever was such a thing). I'm thinking too that this would make a nice summer cocktail with a shot of rum added. Thanks for posting !
