Mango Grenadine Shake

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 200 ml mango ice cream
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple, chopped
  • 8 fresh mangoes, pieces (Aplhonso variety, preferably)
  • 4 tablespoons grenadine

Directions

  1. 1
    Blend milk and half the quantity of the ice-cream.
  2. 2
    Add pineapple and 4 mango pieces.
  3. 3
    Take 2 tall glasses.
  4. 4
    Pour grenadine syrup in them.
  5. 5
    Add 2 slices of fresh mango to each glass.
  6. 6
    Pour prepared milkshake into the glasses.
  7. 7
    Top off with a scoop of the remaining ice-cream.
  8. 8
    Serve chilled.

This is great!!! I substituted maraschino cherry juice for the grenadine and it tasted so good with the fresh mangoes and pineapple. Great combination of flavors, thanks!!
