Great bread! I also omitted the optional nuts, raisins, and coconut, as well as the butter and used only 3/4 c sugar. Thanks for sharing!

Two thumbs up without a doubt. I did omit the nuts, raisins and coconut. And used applesauce instead of butter. I'm sitting here having just finished a piece and am struggling not to get up for another....but I will. Thanks for the grrreat recipe.
