Mandarin Orange Cake

My Dad's favorite cake. My husband is a fan, too.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Frosting

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients for the cake together.

    Add mandarin oranges, juice and all.
  3. 3
    Mix by hand to prevent smashing the orange sections.
  4. 4
    Pour into two 9x13 greased and floured cake pans.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes or until done.

    Fill with the frosting, coating sides and top.

I first tried this cake at my sister's house and it was delicious. My husband requested it for his birthday. It looks very impressive and it's easy to make.
