This is a very good macaroni and cheese and one that I enjoyed for lunch along with a grilled hot dog. I used Sharp Cheddar Cheese and it was delicious!

I must have done something horribly, horribly wrong, but I don't know what because I followed the recipe to the letter. Mine was awful! Inedible! I ended up making a box of mac and cheese and throwing this stuff out.

Yummo!! Simple and easy to make, and so delicious! My 6 year old ate the whole plate, so that tells me this is a 5 star right away. I used whole wheat rotini noodles and scaled the recipe down in half. Turned out perfectly and creamy. Sometimes home made mac and cheese recipes can be a little grainy, but not this one. Thanks for a terrific recipe Hope!

My kids love the "blue box"; I can't stand it, so I'm very happy to find this easy kid-pleasing recipe! I used tri color rotini, since it was leftover. It was delish, with enough cheese sauce to please our wisconsin cheese loving taste buds! Thanks!
