I just found this simple but delicious drink on iDrink.com & wanted to save it. Can't wait to get home tonight & try this out.

SERVES 1 , 1 drink (change servings and units)

    Fill glass with ice.

    Pour cranberry juice and Malibu into glass.

    Stir with straw or stirrer. Sip & enjoy.

I've been drinking this for several years because you don't taste the alcohol. The offical name is a Mailbu Cove. I also like a little salt in mine just for a change of flavor.

    Delicious! I've been looking for an easy and yummy drink with Malibu that's not overly sweet, and this is a good one. Thanks for posting!

    I had a bartender serve this to me and I've been in love ever since. I think it needs a name though. Want to make it really special? Squeeze a slice of lime juice into the drink and then ring the glass with it. Amazing!
