I thought the amounts were off, the maki "dressing" came out bitter from too much vinegar. I should have known not to try a new recipe
I did enjoy finding a way to use the rice cooker to make the rice itself, so it was not a total loss.

This was a perfect recipe for perfect sushi rice! I didn't add the mirin because I just moved to Japan and can't read the katakana and kanji food labels. Thanks for a keeper that I use almost daily!
