Yummy! I spread this on a baguette and broiled it. DH loved the saltiness of it and I loved the slight lemon flavor. Thank you!

I just fell in love w/yet another flavoured butter. This is so good & so versatile! W/just a little more lemon, it takes on a hollandaise flavour. There's roasted garlic, chives & even capers that all would give it a new variation. I love it! Thx for posting.

Nice. I too added a clove of minced garlic. Made a great spread for some garlic bread. LOVED the fresh parsley and touch of lemon here.
