Macadamia Banana Bread

A recipe from the Jiffy Mix Company. This recipe can make 3 small loaves of bread, 1 large loaf, or 12 muffins. If you make 3 loaves this recipe freezes well.

SERVES 12 , 1 -3 loafs (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 small loaf pans, 1 large loaf pan or 12 muffin tins depending on what kind of bread you are making.

    In a bowl blend eggs, cream cheese, bananas, orange juice and vanilla.

    In medium bowl combine banana nut mix, orange peel, coconut and pudding.

    Add cream cheese mixture and blend well.
  5. 5
    Fold in nuts.

    For small loaf pan bake 35-40 minutes, 60-65 for large loaf and 20-25 for muffins.
