This is a very mild drink, and I don't like my drinks strong. It mostly just tasted like pineapple juice, so I doubled the alcohols, then doubled the Midori again. So, I am rating this with the changes I made - it was a very good drink in the end.

Excellent! Sweet and fruity. I mixed in a shaker with ice then strained over ice into a tall glass.

I made this for St. Patty's day and it was a big hit. I made the recipe as written but used 100 proof Southern Comfort. I would give it more stars if I could.

I made this for St. Patrick's Day dinner party. It turned out great with a very lovely shade of green that looked quite festive in my hurricane glasses. Family and guests all enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing this. I am not a beer fan so always pass up the green beer. Now I have something I can drink.
