Low Fat Vegan Soft Pretzels

I couldn't find any basic vegan pretzel recipes on here so I decided to post my own.

SERVES 18 , 18 pretzels (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Add yeast to warm water and stir until muddy.

    Add flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. 3
    Mix and knead dough.
  4. 4
    Roll into a sheet and then cut in strips to make "ropes."
  5. 5
    Shape and place on ungreased cookie sheet
  6. 6
    Add optional flavorings (butter, salt, garlic, etc)
  7. 7
    Bake at 425 degrees F. for about 13 minutes, or until light brown.
