I love lattes! I hate the calorie counts. This makes a mug of creamy, satisfying coffee richness. You won't have the foam, but it tastes wonderful.

This will fool you to death! It tastes so good, and is so easy. I used about 1/3 cup skim milk, but did everything else the same. A great pick me up-I can't get to my favorite coffee shop because of the snow-thankfully I had this recipe to try out & satisfy me!! Thanks so much for sharing. UPDATE: I have also sprinkled cinnamon on top & it was even better!

I used the full amount of skim milk and 1 tsp of espresso powder with a bit of Splenda. If your diabetic or just wanting to curb calories this is your recipe! Of so easy, quick and yummy! There is no downside here at all.

What a money saver - and calorie saver! We use light soy milk and have a delicious coffee drink in minutes for pennies. Thank you!
