Low Fat Pepperoni Pizza on a Flat Out

Figure friendly pizza for under 250 calories! I like to serve this up with an Italian Salad.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Lightly spray the tortilla with Pam.
  2. 2
    Toast the tortilla in a 400 degre oven for 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3
    Remove the flatout and top (in order) with pizza sauce, fat free cheese, pepperoni slices, onions, mushrooms and green pepper.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with 2 Tbl low-fat mozarella.
  5. 5
    Bake for 7-10 minutes.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, slice and serve!

WOW! Started our diet yesterday, and I was starving! Tried this pizza today and I am STUFFED! I can't believe something so yummy and filling had so few calories and is low fat! The possibilities are endless with this one. Thanks AKillian, you are a lifesaver to all the tummy rumbling dieters!

    This was fantastic. I used the lower fat italian Flat Out and it turned out very good. I did saute the vegatables in butter spray and then topped the pre-baked Flat Out. Yummo!

    Super simple and quick dinner! I love the idea of spraying the tortillas ahead of time, this really crisped them up nicely. I also preheated the pan. Left out the green peppers by choice. This is a great base for all types of yummy pizza! Thanks AKillian for a great addition to our meal rotation!
