    Butter the roll lightly.

    Brown the inside of the roll over medium heat in a non-stick pan.

    Remove and set aside.
  4. 4
    Heat the ham until warm and place on the bottom of the bun.
  5. 5
    Add the egg substitute in pan.
  6. 6
    Roll the pan until the egg is evenly spread.
  7. 7
    Cook the egg until no longer runny.
  8. 8
    Fold the egg until it is bun size.
  9. 9
    Place on the ham.
  10. 10
    Add the cheese and cover with the top of the bun.

    The cheese will melt, then enjoy!
