I doubled the recipe because I also had 12 Jumbo Shrimp that I added. I also added asparagus slices before I put the bread crumbs on top and put it in the oven. This was easy & delicious. I also prepared in advance so that when it was time to eat all I had to do was add the bread crumbs.
