Oh, my. This was sweet and crunchy and wonderful. I'm afraid I'm completely addicted. I plan to make a batch for the holidays to give as gifts to friends and family on restricted-sugar diets. The only change I noted was that I needed to bake 10 or 15 minutes longer but that may have been my own oven. Thanks for posting such a treat!!!
