A wonderfully flavoursome and most unusual way to cook lamb; well I've never cooked it quite like this anyway! We loved the blend of citrus, garlic and Greek herb flavours and how moist and tender the lamb was. I enjoyed some of what was left in the yummiest of sandwiches (and it was just as delicious at room temperature) and I put the rest into what was one very tasty omelette.
Thank you so much for sharing this super recipe. I'll certainly be making it again. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
