This was really good. Like some others, I doubled the garlic. Other than that I made it just like the recipe. I was a little uncertain about the red wine--thought maybe it should be white, but this turned out great. So easy. Thanks for sharing.

We used fresh caught Mahi Mahi and followed recipe exactly, except used 2 cloves of garlic. We felt it lacked in flavor.

My family doesn't eat enough fish, and I can only count on one to eat it. I made this, omitted the scallions (only because I didn't have them on hand), and baked the mahi mahi. First off - it was a huge hit! Easy, tasty, and didn't taste too 'fishy' or 'saucy'! Would recommend this dish to others in a heartbeat! Thanks

We all enjoyed this very much. I marinated my fillets for about 4 hours before broiling (I broiled them in a stoneware dish right along with the marinade). I doubled the garlic, otherwise made it as written. I will make this again. Thanx for a great mahi mahi recipe!
