This is a good sandwich loaf recipe that I developed.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    heat milk to 100 - 110 f.
  2. 2
    combine dry ingredients in stand mixer bowl.
  3. 3
    add oil and milk.
  4. 4
    mix using the bread hook until the dough comes together.
  5. 5
    let rest 5 minutes.
  6. 6
    knead for 3 minutes.
  7. 7
    let rest 5 minutes.
  8. 8
    knead another 3 minutes.
  9. 9
    put in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
  10. 10
    roll out and roll up forming a loaf.
  11. 11
    put in lightly sprayed loaf pan, cover and let rise until a well formed loaf appears.
  12. 12
    slash top if desired, bake in preheated 350 f oven for 40 minutes, internal temp should be between 190 - 200 f.
