This was light and tasty! I am always looking for new ways to cook fish and this is a winner! I followed the recipe exactly except I seasoned the fish with seasoned salt (in place of regular), ground pepper, garlic powder and the paprika before searing. I served this with rice and grilled asparagus. Thank you for a great recipe!

Mmmmm so good! I just finished eating this and had to rush in to review it. This was so good, it was ridiculous! I am adding this to my favorites. The only thing different I did was I went and ahead and just poured the broth/juice/butter over the fillets and continued cooking them for about 6 or 7 minutes. I can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow!

Excellent recipe! My husband and I really enjoyed this. We have only just discovered Tilapia so I am always searching for different ways to serve it. This recipe is easy to prepare and I was able to use 4 (6-ounce) fillets with plenty of sauce for each. This is an excellent Low-Carb recipe although the Nutrition Facts do not reflect that since the nutrition info for the Tilapia is not included. (not the chef's fault, it is just not in the Zaar database yet)

I cannot tell you how many times I have made this, it is one of my favorite dishes. However, the other night I made it and I left the fish in the pan while the broth, lemon juice, and butter boiled which really thicken up the sauce and added more flavor to the tilapia.
