Lemony Caesar Salad

I make this salad for all our family get-togethers. I am not a fan of vinegar, so this is a great alternative to most salad dressings. Very light and refreshing.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    Wash and dry romaine.

    Cook bacon.
  3. 3
    Combine olive oil, egg, lemon juice and zest, dijon, worchestershire, tabasco, sugar, garlic, and black pepper.

    In a large salad bowl, add caesar dressing to lettuce.

    Add parmesan cheese to taste.

    Add black pepper to taste.

    Add croutons.

    Toss.
