Lemon Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette

There are other Lemon Garlic vinaigrette on Zaar but the touch of Dijon in this recipe gives it a special character. Lovely on a simple lettuce, tomato salad

SERVES 2 , 1/4 cup (change servings and units)

    Whisk together the lemon juice,mustard,pepper, salt& Garlic.

    Slowly whisk in the oil, whisk until you can see it has fused and is slightly thicker.

I loved this salad dressing! I used it on Fresh Tomato-Basil-Asparagus Pasta Salad and the complimented each other perfectly....will definently make again.

    This tastes exactly like a dressing we fell in love with in Paris! Very simple & flavorful! Green or red leaf lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts & this dressing are the PERFECT combination. Thank you Bergy!
