A non-alcoholic drink with a little sizzle! This recpe is used in Europe(England, Meditteranean, Eastern Europe, and in the Northeastern, Western, and Mid West USA(where apples are grown).

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    Combine apple and lemon juices.

    Fill glasses halfway with soda and top off with the juice mixture.

    Garnish with a strip of lemon peel.

I found it was a little bland when made half juice/half soda water, so I added a bit more juice and it was much better - maybe it's my sweet tooth. A lovely refreshing drink, will have to try it when the weather warms up again!

    I would never thought to have combined apple juice with lemons and soda, but I'm happy that you did Sharon! It was delicious and refreshing and not too sweet...perfect. Thanks for a great beverage.

    This is such a neat drink! My kids loved it. I loved it. My fiance enjoyed it as well. Very tasty and refreshing. I did a touch more lemon to mine as I LOVE lemon. Thanks for this great drink recipe to add to my collection!
