Made this to use on baked fish and it was so good! Put some on when I started to cook, then a few minutes before the fish was done I added some more. Excellent recipe!

This makes a great dipping sauce it was a bit too lemony and tangy for me to cook with as I cooked it over some pork but that's my taste the lemon seems to come out more when it is cooked but as I said it's a great dipping sauce with ingredients that you usually have on hand

We used this on scallops on our grill over the weekend making scallop kebabs. It complimented the seafood perfectly with lots of bursts of citrus when you took a bite. For all you lemon lovers out there, this one is it! Thanks Marie. Wiggie

Tried this sauce on grilled chicken pieces. We put it on half way through cooking the chicken, then again about 5 minutes before taking it off the grill. We really liked it!
