This recipes interests me-but there is no ratio of blossoms to sugar (if there is a ratio, please would you let me know)
This would make a great gift

The smell is so inviting, I have made Vanilla sugar before and never thought of Lavender sugar. I also put some lavender in powdered sugar and plan on making icing #65210 if I can ever find rose water. I made a special basket of Lavender fudge#172465, with Lavender shortbread #100640, , Lavender jelly #101138 a print out of the recipes and some chamomile tea for a special birthday gift last month. I have gone Lavender, I plan to make more things with lavender, I am hooked.

This smelled so good after letting it sit a few days! I used it in chamomile tea and it was delicious! Thank you Charlis!
